Meet Ann
Ann joined Wesley SecureCare when she is 70 years old. She wanted maximum coverage, so she chose the Chesapeake option with a $361 daily benefit. She is healthy and independent. She takes advantage of her care coordination, home safety inspections from an occupational therapist, medically necessary transportation and telehealth nurse calls.

8 Years From Now
Ann is 78 years old and starts to need some help with bathing and dressing due to limited mobility. She also needs assistance with grocery shopping, meal preparation, and transportation. Her care coordinator develops a care plan with her to provide home care services to support all these needs. All these costs are covered by her membership with Wesley SecureCare.
Transition To Assisted Living
At the age of 80, Ann decides that her needs would be best met in an Assisted Living community. Ann and her care coordinator work together to find a community that fits Ann’s needs and preferences. Her care coordinator helps arrange the move and transition.
Ann lives in the community for 3 years until the age of 83 when she passes away. Her membership covered the costs of her stay. Ann only had to pay her monthly fee to Wesley SecureCare.

Membership Fees & Options
- The one-time entrance fee and reoccurring monthly fee is based on the plan selected and your age at enrollment.
- Entrance Fees typically start at $15,193, and monthly fees start at $417.
- Wesley SecureCare offers individuals flexible payment options and the ability to make interest-free payment installments on the entrance fee over a 3-year period (36 months).

This is a preliminary assessment of affordability for the Wesley SecureCare Program based on an average age of entry of 75. Calculations based on your actual age will vary; however, to get a reasonable estimate of affordability, please answer the following questions, including age, income, and assets. Your information is secure and will not be shared with other third parties.
Discounts
- We offer dual membership discounts on both the entrance fee and monthly fee for members who live in the same household. Dual members do not need to be married or related, they just need to live in the same household.
- If someone has an existing long-term care insurance policy, we offer a discount on the monthly fee based on the terms of the policy. Contact us and we will estimate your discount.
- Choosing to pay the entrance fee in one lump sum payment at joining provides an additional 5% discount.
